Still working on the iButton

The iButton and ping response integration is still non functional. I thought I had it working, but it was a special case. The issue is that several packets received in a row will cause the iButton to stop responding.

I tried several tactics, such as not scanning for the iButton after each reading of the serial, but the scope line remains obstinately low or high. When it starts out before any packets are received, it will behave ok. After it receives several packets in a row, it will stop responding. First we tried interrupts disabled, but this did not have any effect.
