Implement ReadW command (DLL)
Implement multiple read scheme (DLL)
Suggestion: Oversend the address. The smart pic sends 10, the dumb pic samples 3 times.
Each sample is blocking. Once 3 are received, pick either the number that was
repeated, or the last number received if they are all different
Implement smart pic code that sends the number when received (LF)
Incorporate ReadW into dumb pic code (LF + DLL)
Test on breadboard (LF + DLL)
Wire into duck (LF + DLL)
Test on duck (LF + DLL)
Check off + celebrate
