Good news, everyone!

Pic code has been tested! It goes all the way through (with simulated inputs) from being pinged, then detecting an iButton, then receiving a message and finding a helm, to receiving navigations commands (with timeout!) And...it does standdown! We're pretty much done on this side!

The helm code can ID all of the admiral commands, but has problems sending. The problem is the extra layer implemented by SendMessage; the receiving E128 can't see all the packets from the new architecture. The old xbee harness works ok, though. All the supporting code for the state machines is present; now we actually need to program the game.

We have acquired an additional E128 for admiral spoofing. If only we could acquire an admiral XBee...
